TSB's banking app is currently experiencing significant outages, leaving hundreds of customers unable to access their accounts. The issues began around midday, with outage tracker DownDetector reporting over 1,300 complaints by 2pm.

Frustrated users took to social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, to express their concerns. One user wrote, "Can you please tell me what on earth is going on? Second time it's been down in under a week - got bills to pay and currently on hold to TSB now no luck. Not happy with this, if this is the service I am getting I will look for alternative options!"

Another customer questioned, "Why is the mobile app down and how long is this going on for?" A third user simply stated, "App is down. How long to fix it?"

In response to the complaints, TSB acknowledged the issues, stating, "We're aware some customers are experiencing issues with our Mobile Banking app and Internet Banking. We're sorry for any inconvenience and are working to resolve this as soon as possible."

The bank's ongoing technical difficulties have raised concerns among its users, many of whom rely on the app for daily banking tasks.
