Developers of Jacksonville Surf Park submitted a permit application to the city for the $20 million project in eTown, according to our news partners at the Jacksonville Daily Record.
The permit review is officially underway after Aventuur, a Los Angeles-based surf park developer, and local partners, including multi-generational developers, engineers and contractors, announced the deal had been finalized in early June.

The permit shows the surf park is planned on 44.85 acres southwest of the Florida 9B and Interstate 295 interchange in South Jacksonville.
