Fleeing Driver Fatally Shot by Police After PLOWING Into Mall Entrance in Texas

Texas Department of Public Safety released footage from a December 2024 fatal shooting. The shooting started with the suspect, 53-year-old John Shultz, fleeing police before crashing through the entrance of the JCPenney at Killeen Mall in Killeen, Texas.
