DAYTON, Nev. (KOLO) - A man was arrested in Dayton after police say he lit an RV on fire and threatened to kill multiple people.
Just before 5:00 p.m. Sunday, deputies with the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call in which a woman told police that Albert Buher was screaming at her, took her camp fuel, threatened to burn her camp down and attacked her.
As police responded to the area, the woman again called 911 and reported a trailer fire on Highway 50.
Police spoke with multiple witnesses in the area, who told them Buher had placed fuel on his trailer and lit it on fire. The LCSO says multiple other trailers and vehicles in the area also caught fire, and that Buher had battered and threatened to kill two different people.
