TSB has apologised after customers complained they were unable to access its app and online banking services.
Hundreds of customers said they were impacted by an outage on Monday, September 1.
They were unable to access their accounts and see their finances.
According to the DownDetector platform, more than 1,000 customers reported that TSB's online services were down during the afternoon.
It is understood banking services in branches and on the telephone were working as normal.

Customers took to social media to complain, describing how they were unable to make important payments at the start of the month because of the problems.
