AUBURN — Banana Ball is coming to Plainsman Park .
The Savannah Bananas , an exhibition barnstorming baseball team based in Savannah, Georgia, announced Monday they'll be playing a fall exhibition game at 7 p.m. CT Oct. 25 at Auburn baseball 's Plainsman Park.
The contest will count as one of Auburn's two fall ball games, including a Nov. 8 road trip to Kennesaw State.
“We’re excited to bring Banana Ball to Plainsman Park, creating a great opportunity and experience for both our players and our fans,” Auburn head coach Butch Thompson said in a release. “This is currently one of the hottest tickets in baseball, and it should be a great night on The Plains.”
