GEDDES, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- While fairgoers grab one last lemonade and corn dog, 4-H members were getting ready to head home after nearly two weeks of camping at the New York State fairgrounds.
In the beef barn, it was a family affair for Kyra Lehman, a Chambersburg, Pennsylvania resident, and her herd. Her White Park female cows took home the hardware, with her calf Ferrari winning Grand Champion titles.
"It's definitely, probably the most special [award] I've ever gotten because she's bred and owned," Lehman said. "I didn't buy her from anywhere; she's fully homegrown. She's my first one ever."
