PITTSBURGH, Pa. (BLACK AND GOLD NATION) - The Pittsburgh Steelers are naming Aaron Rodgers, Cam Heyward, T.J. Watt and Miles Killebrew as their captains ahead of this season. They won a vote held by their teammates.

Despite being with the Steelers for less than three months, Rodgers has seemingly already earned the respect of his peers. Throughout training camp, Rodgers held an open-door policy in his dorm room and made it an effort to stretch with other teammates, even some that didn't make the 53-man roster.

The Steelers have had their quarterback named as a captain every season but two under head coach Mike Tomlin.
