GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Pamela Kiss lives in Battle Creek but traveled up to Lowell Monday for a ‘Workers Over Billionaires' demonstration on Fulton Street.

“I actually work on disability," Kiss said. "So, I have a D-SNAP program, Medicare, Medicaid savings program, and Project 2025 is going to cut that.”

It was one of several events across West Michigan on this Labor Day to show the holiday isn’t just about having the day off.
