Middletown football preview: Knights hope to raise game, hoist championship trophy

Middletown is trying to close the gap that narrowly separated it from a potential state title last season.

The Knights were a blocked extra point away from beating Class 3A runner-up Linganore, and they were a better start away from being right there with Oakdale, another 3A powerhouse.
