MARKHAM, Ill. (WLS) -- Starting Tuesday, vital records services at the Cook County Circuit Courthouse in Markham, will require an appointment.
According to the county clerk, the change aims to reduce wait times for residents seeking copies of birth, death, marriage and other vital records.
