COLUMBIA, S.C. — Cool, dry weather continues across the region today, with highs in the low to mid-80s and comfortable overnight lows in the upper 50s to low 60s. Skies will stay mostly clear, with just a few thin clouds drifting by.
As we move into the middle of the week, temperatures will gradually warm back to near normal levels. Highs on Wednesday are expected to reach the mid-80s, and overnight temperatures will become a bit milder, settling in the low to mid-60s.
Dry weather will continue through Thursday as a cold front approaches, bringing slightly more humidity. Even though this front will pass through the area, most locations are expected to stay dry with high temperatures in the middle to upper 80s.
