TRAFALGAR, Ind. – Ivy Tech Community College Columbus biology faculty members are offering another free local nature hike for anyone interested in learning more about the natural environment around them.

The next adventure is Saturday, September 6, at the Laura Hare Nature Preserve at Blossom Hollow, 3637 Hougham Dr., in Trafalgar, starting at 10 a.m. Ivy Tech Columbus science faculty member Dr. Tom Sobat will lead the hike, exploring the preserve and providing information on forest ecology.

It is open to the public, and all community members are welcome. Hikers will meet at 10 a.m. on September 6 at the preserve parking area.
