(WFRV) - Announced on Tuesday morning, the Wisconsin State Patrol is officially welcoming two new K-9s to the force.

In a post on social media made by the WSP, 2-year-old K-9 Zoro and 15-month-old K-9 Nitro are being welcomed to the Wisconsin State Patrol family.

K-9 Zoro is said to be a Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd born in the Czech Republic. Zoro is an explosives detection K-9 and is being assigned to the North Central Region.

K-9 Nitro is a Dutch Shepherd also born in the Czech Republic. Nitro is a narcotics detection K-9 and is being assigned to the Southwest Region.
