HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Charges were announced for the woman who allegedly drove a vehicle into the Kipona Festival in Harrisburg, injuring three people last night.
Elizabeth Ann Bohrer, 37, of York Haven, Pa., is facing charges including three counts of aggravated assault by vehicle and aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI.
According to Captain Atah Akakpo-Martin of the Harrisburg Bureau of Police, the festival had ended and police officers were in the process of clearing the area when a woman drove a red minivan around barricades and parked cars and through the crowd on South Front Street after 6 p.m.
