The cooler weather first arrives across the Northern Plains and the Midwest, where Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Sioux Falls and Omaha will see highs only in the 60s and lows in the 30s and 40s! The cooler air spills south and east, dropping temperatures across the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley Thursday and Friday.
