ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Mark Ferrell, the ex-husband of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member Kelli Ferrell, will hold a news conference on Tuesday, accusing Rockdale County officials and Bravo TV of misconduct.

Ferrell, alongside his attorneys and father, will speak at the Rockdale County Courthouse at 11:30 a.m.

Ferrell accuses a federal judge and the Rockdale County clerk of court of unlawfully stripping Ferrell of his business and home in the divorce. He also says he was wrongfully incarcerated for a debt he had already paid in full.

Ferrell is expected to announce lawsuits for defamation, malicious prosecution, and civil rights violations.
