A 37-year-old woman who police say caused a Monday crash that injured three people at Harrisburg’s Kipona Festival has been charged with seven felonies .

Elizabeth A. Bohrer, of York Haven, was arraigned Monday morning on three counts each of aggravated assault by vehicle and aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, as well as aggravated assault of a victim under 13 years old, and five related offenses.
