Bond has been set at $100,000 for a man charged with felonious assault and abduction following an altercation at his North Toledo home Sunday morning.

Just before 6 a.m. crews responded to the 900 block of Clay Avenue on a report of a possible robbery. A short time later a 38-year-old woman walked into Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center seeking treatment for a gunshot wound to her right hand, police said.

The woman was wounded as the vehicle she was in was hit by multiple bullets as the driver fled the scene on Clay, police said. According to court records, Robert Wayne-Lucas Stringer, Jr., 22, was charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, for shooting the woman.
