IDAHO, USA — The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) and DMV websites are back online after experiencing a statewide system outage earlier Tuesday.
"We sincerely apologize for the disruption this outage caused our customers," ITD said in its announcement. "Thank you for your patience!"
ITD experienced an IT outage that affected all offices across the state. Transactions, including driver's license services, could not be processed during the outage. According to a news release from ITD, they are among several agencies experiencing system-wide slowdowns.
DMV services were down statewide on Tuesday morning, according to the Canyon County Sheriff's Office (CCSO). But at 3:16 p.m., the system was back up.
