CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - A Charlotte man was charged with murder following a shooting on Hoskins Mill Lane.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said they were called just after midnight on Thursday, Aug. 28, to Hoskins Mill Lane for reports of an assault with a deadly weapon. When they arrived, they found 48-year-old Sean Nicholas Watson had been shot.
Watson was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. He died on Saturday, Aug. 30.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said that David Gary Graves, 40, was arrested the next day and charged with murder and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon.
As of Tuesday, Graves was held in the Mecklenburg County Detention Center on no bond.
