"Succession" actor Nicholas Braun was arrested on suspicion of DUI over the Labor Day weekend in New Hampshire.

TMZ reported that the 37-year-old was taken into custody after being pulled over on Saturday.

The Moultonborough Police Department told People that the actor was taken into custody at 11:51 p.m. on suspicion of "DUI-impairment" and operating his vehicle without lights.

The outlet said he was later released from the Carroll County jail on his own recognizance.

The outlet reports that a booking photo wasn't taken because the camera at the jail wasn't working.

Braun famously played Greg "Cousin Greg" Hirsch on the HBO drama. He's set to face an upcoming court date for the misdemeanor charge.

So far, Braun has not made any public comments about the incident.
