Years ago -- maybe as many as 20 or as few as 10 -- there was a frozen pasta dish that my husband and I loved. It was one of a handful of heat-and-serve dinners we always kept in the freezer for when we didn't have the energy, will or time to make supper from scratch. It took about 30 minutes to cook in the oven. It came in its own foil baking pan, so there was hardly any cleanup.
