La Bahia Hotel & Spa, with several restaurants, opens soon

At a ribbon-cutting and sneak peek at La Bahia Hotel & Spa last week, attendees learned details including an opening date of Sept. 8. Guests received tours of facilities including sample rooms and suites, a spacious rooftop deck and restaurants led by executive chef Fernando Reyes.

La Bahia Hotel & Spa, at 215 Beach St., includes four culinary concepts. Three will be open to the public and Plunge, the poolside bar and grill, is restricted to hotel guests. Signature restaurant High Tide, open for dinner only with reservations and featuring coastal views in its private dining area, will offer elevated dining through Pacific Rim-inspired dishes.
