CHARLESTON, WV (WVNS) -- Despite there being 12 tickets on the drawing on Labor Day that matched $1 million, the Powerball jackpot continues to grow, and a $1 million ticket remains unclaimed in West Virginia.

According to a press release from the West Virginia Lottery, the Powerball jackpot is an estimated $1.3 billion, with an approximate $589 million cash value, for the drawing on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
