London Health Sciences Centre has filed a third lawsuit related to past procurement practices against three companies and two individuals over alleged deficiencies in windows installed at University Hospital.
The statement of claim filed Tuesday against HDR Architecture Associates Inc. of Kingston; Vladislav Pavliuc, an architect with HDR; JM Windows and Doors Supplier Inc.; JM General Contracting and Jaibarrat Danraj of Scarborough seeks $20 million for breach of contract and negligence.
The 19-page statement of claim relates to the replacement of about 1,270 windows at University Hospital in London.
