Sheriff Jesse Slaughter says he is "pissed off" after three Cascade County Detention Center officers were arrested during separate incidents in the last three weeks.
"I don't tolerate this and these guys behind me don't tolerate this," Slaughter said in a press conference Tuesday morning with other detention officers at his side. "... These incidents occurred off-duty and outside the facility and unfortunately, we don't have control over everybody's lives."
He added the officers take an oath of ethics, and when they failed to follow those ethics, they would be held accountable.
