President Donald Trump confirmed once again that he is, in fact, alive.

Conservative pundit Scott Jennings posted on X on Tuesday that he “just got off the phone” with Trump, attaching an interview where the two discussed a topic on the “top of his mind this morning” — and it wasn’t the viral rumors that have swirled around on social media about his health.

Trump instead addressed a ruling about his sweeping tariffs, in which a U.S. appeals court held on Friday that most of his levies on virtually every country as part of his “Liberation Day” announcement in April are illegal. Trump has said he will ask the Supreme Court to overturn the decision.
