A $10 scratch-off sold by the Mississippi Lottery Corporation has been recalled due to printing errors.
Officials announced Monday that “$2,000 Loaded” tickets had been pulled from retailers statewide when the issues were identified shortly after the game’s launch on Friday.
“This action ensures that Mississippi Lottery game tickets meet the Lottery’s strict standards for accuracy, security, and playability,” a statement from the lottery corporation reads.
According to officials, those who purchased the now-recalled tickets can redeem validly won prizes at retailers or the lottery’s headquarters in Flowood. Any prizes resulting from ticket symbols printed in error will not be paid out.
The lottery will announce replacement game details in the near future.
