CHARLOTTE — The Panthers released their first unofficial depth chart of the regular season on Tuesday, heading into Sunday's opener against Jacksonville.
There are no real surprises on the chart, other than the recent shakeup at wide receiver that saw Adam Thielen traded the day after cuts to 53, followed by the injury that landed Jalen Coker on IR and Hunter Renfrow re-signed after he was released last Tuesday.
Now, Renfrow is listed as a starter at wide receiver, alongside Tetairoa McMillan and Xavier Legette .
Ja'Tavion Sanders is still listed as the starting tight end, with Tommy Tremble behind him after returning from his offseason back surgery.
On defense, the starting line is listed as Tershawn Wharton , A'Shawn Robinson , and Derrick Brown , with Bobby Brown I
