BAY VILLAGE, Ohio (WOIO) - New DNA testing is underway in the Amy Mihaljevic murder case.
Hair, possibly from her killer, is being analyzed right now inside a lab in California.

THE TESTING
Because of major advancements in forensics and DNA testing, scientists are reanalyzing some evidence in the case.
They’re uncovering new clues, often so small, they had never been detected before.
These new hairs, Elish says, are not Amy’s or any of her family members.
“We feel those are sort of important, and we’re going to get those tested right now,” says Elish.
