BROOKLYN, Ohio (WOIO) - A Brooklyn police sergeant who struck a man’s car – then left the scene of the accident – has now been disciplined.
The officer was also accused of later assaulting the driver, and the incident was all caught on camera.

The crash happened around 6 a.m. on April 30 while Juan Wyckoff was driving along I-90 in Westlake.
He says that’s when a black Chevy Silverado swiped his Kia Sportage and raced away at speeds topping 100 miles an hour.
At the time, Wyckoff says he had no idea the truck’s driver was Brooklyn Police Sergeant Paul Stein, who was on his way to work.
