TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — Police say they’ve arrested a man who reportedly exposed himself to a woman at a busy East Valley car wash several weeks ago.

Tempe police confirmed Tuesday that 26-year-old Joshua Curtis was arrested last week on indecent exposure and public sexual indecency charges in connection with the case.

Detectives said around 8 a.m. on Aug. 2, Curtis allegedly pulled up next to the victim’s car at the Cobblestone Car Wash near Baseline and Kyrene roads .

“So I had just went through the car wash and I was at the vacuum stall. As I was on my passenger side, he had rolled down his window and he goes ‘Excuse me, miss. Can I interest you in this?’ I was just in shock and I left. And I called 911,” the victim said in edited body-camera footage released on social media.
