LINCOLN, Neb. —

Lincoln police identified the man hit and killed while he was running Sunday morning.

Officers said Anthony Miller, 37, was running near 27th and Barnard streets when a vehicle hit him from behind.

That driver stayed on scene and cooperated with the investigation.

No citations have been issued.
