Richmond residents fed up with repeated crashes on their street

Residents in Richmond are sounding the alarm following repeated car crashes in their neighborhood.

The residents say Esmond Avenue is simply not safe. Car crashes keep taking place on their street, and there have been countless close calls.

“It’s frustrating and scary that any moment someone can drive into your home or crash into your cars,” resident Coba Smith said.
