BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - A quiet, but not completely dry pattern will remain in place over the next several days.
WEDNESDAY FORECAST
A dry and fairly comfortable morning will give way to near-normal temperatures in the afternoon, with highs in the low 90s.
Rain chances run a touch higher on Wednesday, with some hints of a disturbance moving in from the north and producing a few thunderstorms.
HUMIDITY GRADUALLY REBOUNDS
Temperatures have been near-normal in recent days, but humidity has been running lower than normal. That has been enough to take a little of the sting out of our usual late-summer heat. But humidity and moisture levels will gradually rebound late this week and into the weekend.
