VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) - Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help with locating a missing 81-year-old man last seen early Tuesday afternoon.

Police sat Robert McSwain was last seen near SE 157th Ave and SE Mill Plain, and possibly SE 162nd Ave and SE Mill Plain Blvd between 11:45 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tuesday.

McSwain was last seen wearing a black ball cap, black sweatshirt, blue jeans and black/white shoes. He may also be riding a reddish mountain bike.

McSwain is believed to be endangered due to perceived cognitive issues, according to Vancouver Police.
