EAST GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Residents of East Grand Rapids are still not happy with the size of a proposed mixed-use development in the heart of their small town, especially after its lead developer walked out before he could answer their questions.

Representatives of Gaslight Investors presented the latest revision of the controversial mixed-use development to a packed room of about 40 residents during the East Grand Rapids City Commission meeting on Sept. 2.
