LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Jeffersonville Mayor Mike Moore signed a new collective bargaining agreement Tuesday between the city and police union.

The contract will take effect immediately and expire Dec. 31, 2026, as the previous contract expired at the end of last year.

The Jeffersonville Police Department will receive a 2% raise starting in January 2026 as base pay for an officer rose to $67,320.

The percentage the city will match for an officer's 457 plan has also changed from 3% to 4%.

Officers will keep the same schedule of five days on and four days off.
