SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — A yearly cookout event took place in Sioux City on Tuesday night as a way to bring the community together after Labor Day.

People's Bank hosted their party in the park on Morningside Avenue. Officials said the free event shows their thanks to people in the Morningside area for supporting them.
