SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio — For months, random people have been caught on camera dropping truckloads of garbage into and in front of dumpsters at Shaker Heights businesses. Sam Sylk, owner of Sam Sylk's Chicken and Fish on Lee Road, says he's had enough of people illegally dumping trash on his property.

On surveillance video dated Sunday, Aug. 31, at 10:13 a.m. in broad daylight, a driver can be seen backing a bright yellow Penske truck up to the dumpsters, hopping out of the truck, and then pulling out a big box from the back before throwing it near the dumpster and taking off.

In another video dated Aug. 20, another man pulls up in a black car with a child, unloads several boxes, and puts them in front of the dumpster before leaving.
