Humans may be the true threat in the first trailer for 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple , the fourth installment in the 28 Years series and a follow-up to Danny Boyle ’s recent 28 Years Later .

In the clip, young Spike (Alfie Williams) has been enlisted into the dangerous crew of Sir Jimmy Crystal (Jack O’Connell) and his gang of blond-haired, velour-suited Jimmies. Meanwhile, Dr. Kelson ( Ralph Fiennes ) is pushing the boundaries of his relationship with his Alpha virus-carrier Samson (Chi Lewis-Parry). England remains ravaged by the rage virus, promising violence and bloody chaos.

The trailer features Berzilla Wallin singing “Conversation With Death” while the ominous voiceover is Arthur C. Clarke predicting the future in an old episode of BBC series Horizon .
