Kansas State football paid $475,000 for North Dakota to scare the heck out of it last week, but a larger payday is headed Army's way during Week 2 of the season.

K-State has never beaten Army, with the most recent matchup between the two coming in 1987 when the Black Knights won 41-14 against the Wildcats. The school plans a pregame salute, including a Fort Riley flyover and a professional skydiving team.

Army is coming off an opening week double-overtime loss to Tarleton State. The Wildcats are a week removed from needing a game-winning drive to knock off North Dakota.
