The Monroe County Region suffered some heavy graduation losses on the volleyball court after last season.

Nine of the 16 players who made the All-Region team have moved on, including a trio of Miss Volleyball finalists who are now playing for Division 1 colleges.

But don’t make the mistake of thinking the cupboard is bare.

The seven All-Region players who return are some of the best players in the state and many new stars are ready to blossom.
