For those towns that find themselves along the tracks, there is even more to celebrate. While these towns may love their trains, the towns themselves don't always get the love they deserve.
As I wrapped up my scenic ride along the California Zephyr , ready to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park, I found myself dropped in one such underrated town. This small town barely registers on the map, and it didn't even qualify for a stretch break on the Zephyr's route.
