HOUSTON (KIAH) — According to reports, a Harris County Precinct Seven Deputy Constable is being accused of sexually harassing a Starbucks employee.

Ostin Urbina Junior appeared in court yesterday and a judge set a $200 bond in the case.

The criminal complaint describes an incident where Urbina met a 17-year-old girl at a Starbucks located on the South Side back in 2023. The records state that Urbina followed the girl home from work and pulled her over in his patrol car twice in one week.

According to Precinct 7, he is currently on administrative leave.

Urbina's attorney denies the allegations.
