OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) - Ocala city leaders are holding a special candidate forum on Wednesday in preparation for the upcoming municipal election. This comes after the original candidates were disqualified during the first qualifying period,

Ocala voters will head to the polls on September 16 to decide the mayor’s race and city council seats in districts one, three, and five.

Wednesday night, you can hear from mayoral candidates, incumbent Ben Marciano and candidate Arbor Feleciano.

Districts one and five candidates are running unopposed.

District three has three candidates, incumbent Jay Musleh, and newcomers Mark Clark and Tamboura Jenkins.
