Now that the city is spending $250,000 to repave a poorly designed roundabout at First and Crestone, one has to wonder who was in charge of such an embarrassment. If the open house last week was designed to quell the residents, I think it had the opposite effect. Even a non-employee engineer expressed his disbelief in such a structure.

Since when does the public have responsibility for homelessness? Another way to get money into the city coffers. Not a good idea. There’ll be a lot of no votes on it.
