Bill Braun once overheard me talking about my upcoming story about a prominent person in town.
The next morning was a paper copy of a lawsuit from years ago involving that person.
I walked the papers over to Braun and said thank you. He said, “Sometimes people don’t like to bring up in interviews what the court records show.”
Tim Stanley does a great job telling his story today. Not only was he a legend in our newsroom, he is one of 51 journalists who worked at the Tulsa World in the Oklahoma Journalism Hall of Fame.
