Two players from Vancouver scored goals as the Clark College men’s soccer team opened its 2025 season with a 2-2 draw against Highline on Saturday in SeaTac.
Aaron Anitok-Brokken, a freshman forward from Heritage High School, tied the match 1-1 with a goal in the 12th minute.
Clark took the lead five minutes later on a goal by Akeem Archer, a freshman midfielder from Union High. Travis O’Hara, a freshman from Camas High, assisted on that goal.
Highline tied the match in the 51st minute.
Clark and Highline finished last season tied atop the Northwest Athletic Conference West Region at 13-1-1. The Penguins went on to reach the NWAC championship match, falling 3-0 to Peninsula.
